ALL TREATMENTS ARE $3.30 each and the stretches that accompany them are free.
When you are first starting, it is generally best to select 3 -5 treatment numbers in the painful area. Use the pictures from Step 3 or 4 to locate the muscle and then do the testing in Step 5. This will help narrow the possibilities. When you have selected the most likely muscle(s) go to Step 6 and 7 to continue the process.Then after doing the treatment, do the accompanying stretch for the successful treatment several times per session with 4 sessions per day for two or threee days. The treatment loosens the muscle that is ringing the pain bell and the stretch keeps the muscle loose so it can't ring the bell( no more pain). Finding the right muscle on yourself is difficult and having someone else pressing in the middle of the muscle will help.( It eliminates an internal feedback loop that is confusing when trying to separate out the culprit.) Don't get confused, the spots on the body maps are where it hurts not the muscle responsible.
