THESE STRETCHES ARE FREE CAUTION!! THESE ITEMS ARE FOR THE STRETCHES WHICH WILL RE-EDUCATE THE BRAIN AFTER RESTORING NORMAL MUSCLE LENGTH. ALL STRETCHING SHOULD BE DONE SLOWLY AND IN A PAIN FREE MANNER. PAIN INDICATES INJURY (TEARING) AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED. "CAUSE NO HARM" These stretches are designed for recovering from injury and are not extreme stretches. Note that stretching a shortened muscled will not resolve a pain issue. The tension creating the pain must first be released then the stretching will re-enforce to the brain that it doesn't need to guard against injury any longer.
