Please follow these instructions for succes
If you are a previous user and have read these tips go to Step 7

Step 6

    CAUTION!!!
IF YOU ARE TAKING MEDICATIONS FOR THINNING THE
BLOOD BECAUSE OF CLOTTING ISSUES
DO NOT ATTEMPT THESE TECHNIQUES
SEE YOUR DOCTOR FIRST

IF YOU ARE UNDER A DOCTORS SUPERVISION AND HAVE
NOT BEEN RELEASED TO NORMAL ACTIVITIES
DO NOT ATTEMPT THESE TECHNIQUES

IF PERFORMING THESE TECHNIQUES CAUSES OTHER MUSCLES TO SPASM OR CRAMP THEN YOU ARE USING TOO MUCH FORCE- LIGHTEN UP.

APPLICATION OF THE TECHNIQUES SHOULD NOT CAUSE ANY PAIN-
IF THEY DO THEN STOP.

REMEMBER TAKING A BREATH AND HOLDING IT DURING THE PUSH IS CRITICAL TO THE SUCCESS OF THE TECHNIQUE

BE WARNED

Before you begin to apply these techniques it is very important that you be aware of the effects of this work and observe a few precautions. The muscle releases are of such an efficient caliber that the toxin flood is huge. Drink several glasses of water that day and the next. If you begin to feel nauseated following the work, drink a large glass of body temperature water immediately.
The second aspect of this work is that it doesn’t seem to be intense because
you don’t “feel the pain” during the treatments. When the muscles lengthen during
the treatments the muscle fibers undergo micro-tearing which creates inflammation
and soreness the following day or two. This soreness is normal and should
dissipate with gentle  and slow stretching. You will need to take precautions to
wash out the soreness with hot showers or soaking in tubs.

The largest part of the recovery is that you need to take ownership of your health and start stretching to maintain the muscle length gained or the ground lost will have to be retaken!!

HOW TO DO

When you are assisting another person they become the client while you are the therapist in these instructions

1. Ask the client to wait until you are set before starting.

2. Position yourself properly to protect your back and body parts from damage.

3. Ask client to “Only match my force”. More light applications is more productive than a fewer high force efforts.

4. Have client gently start and stop

5. Ask the client to inhale, HOLD THE BREATH AS LONG AS COMFORTABLE, and then resist lightly (10% effort) exhale and relax. CAUTION IF ANOTHER MUSCLE BEGINS TO CRAMP OR SPASM  THEN TOO MUCH FORCE IS BEING USED. Lighten up.

6. Repeat 3-7 times, check progress, do another 3 times,

IF YOU DO NOT EFFECT THE SORE MUSCLE  - reassess the direction of your force or muscle choice!
Now  go to Step 7
