STEP 1 PRINT OUT FRONT/BACK OF BODY AND MARK THE NUMBERS THAT INDICATE YOUR PAINS
Start:  When you first start using this system, you will find that the most difficult part is choosing the exact spot where the pain originates. Print out either the front of the body map or the back of the body map below as appropriate. Draw a circle representing  about a 3 to 6" area where your pain is. Mark or note those numbers.( usually this is only 5 or 6 muscles that could possibly be responsible for your pain) Go to steps 3( you can link to Wikipedia at this page to see more information about that muscle) or 4 to identify and locate the muscle/s you suspect. Use the method in Step 5 to test those choices.  After the treatments note the one(s) that were successful and most effective for future reference.
